FAQ

Why are you offering hosting?
Simply put, there are two reasons:

1.) Because I wanted to see if I could, and
2.) Because I want to encourage as many people as possible to try their hand at learning HTML or having their own website.

I'm very serious when I say that I think everyone should give HTML a shot at least once. It's the lifeblood of the webpages that we visit every single day, and a lot of people probably don't know anything about it. There are a lot of creative people out there who are stuck on platforms that consistently limit or impede them. I'm not saying that a simple static webpage could fix all their frustrations, but I definitely don't think it would hurt to show them that there is another way out there. Even if it doesn't have all the bells and whistles you're used to, it's also free of misguided updates that make you wonder why you're even on a certain platform in the first place.

What filetypes are allowed?
As of 03/18/26 the following filetypes are allowed:
.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .webp, .ico, .txt, .html, .htm, .js, .json, .css, .md, .xml

This may be adjusted in the future if it seems I'm missing a common filetype. However, this will remain static hosting - so no .php files, for example.
